The GNX gets my vote as long as it isn't a clone.

Was going to vote for the M6 until I noticed there was a Grand National below it.

Another ace m6 pic I have saved on my comp

I am a BMW man, but I would go with that turbo 6 in the GN all day long, or get it in this (preferably)

GNX less expensive to work on

I think it's just a GN

While I enjoy the GNX as much as anybody, most people just don't get that car and wouldn't understand. I have to go with the teutonic beast in the M6 if not for the look but also for the respect you would get on the street.
Most people look at the GNX and they see a Buick still (not the case with me but most people) and I wouldn't want to suffer through the constant barrage of "why did you pimp out your grandpas Buick?" People are idiots.

I don't drive cars based on what others will think and neither should you

Most people would run away in fear of the GN.

I typically don't either which is why I drive a 5 series wagon.
I just love older german cars, especially BMW products pre 2003

I am naive. What is the difference?

This is a GN. The differences....

One has an X, the other does not.

I'll take the GN. In fact, I'd be more apt to take a GN over a GNX. I'd have ZERO issue with upgrading parts on the GN. To start modifying a GNX would be sacrilegious to a point.

So basically the GNX is a special edition of an already special edition Buick Regal. Some Mclaren-sourced performance boosting. I never knew they were involved. That is actually fairly impressive. It is like a better version of the Chrysler/Maserati joint venture.

I'll take mine in red please.
Never really cared much for the GNX, but after seeing a friend's M6 E24, I want a shark nose one day. They are truly a timeless design.

An M6 with a dogleg 5 and basket-weaves would be the sex. GNs are kind of cool but always seemed more drag oriented. Just my $.02.

Thats tough, the GN is obviously way faster but the M6 is built better for sure
I honestly don't know, the manual trans may have to make me swing towards the M6. If it was an auto 635csi I'd take the GN instead.

M6!

The GN is cool and all, but M6!!!

BMW all day. Every day.
